Deleting your data

Delete everything yourself (instant)

1. Sign in and open Settings in your dashboard.
2. Click Delete my account, enter your password and type DELETE.

This immediately cancels your subscription and permanently deletes your account, every connected account and its stored sign-in tokens or keys, all scheduled and past posts, and all attachments. Posts already published on other platforms stay there — remove those on each platform.

Disconnect a single account

Open Accounts and click Remove next to it. Its stored tokens are deleted right away.

Remove The Portal from Facebook, Instagram or Threads

You can also revoke our access from Meta’s side at any time: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites) → The Portal → Remove; on Instagram or Threads: Settings → Website permissions / Apps and websites. Once access is revoked we can no longer post to that account, and you can then remove it from your dashboard, or ask us to delete all of your data as below.

Ask us to delete it

Email interlinkalliance@outlook.com from the address on your account with the subject “Data deletion request”. We’ll confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days (usually much sooner).
